    Can substitute baby waxy potatoes for Jersey Royal potatoes, tomatoes for cherry tomatoes, and rocket for pea shoots.

    Cooked a second time. Lots of chopping and perhaps too bland to cook again but makes a good picnic spread. We added feta.

    Rather simple and I didn't bother with seperating all the compenents out. Next time, I will cut everything so that it's more bitesize. Easy and good.
