Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Has anyone made this recipe? I just made it exactly as written and by the time I got to adding the ice water, I noticed after drizzling in 1/4 to 1/2 cups, I was already getting the consistency I thought was needed. I still had 3/4 cups of water to go. Having faith, I added 1/2 cup and it became a sticky wet mess! So ended up having to add more flour to salvage this. Has anyone found the water amounts listed to be too much?

    Does anyone have suggestions for how to make this without a stand mixer with a paddle attachment? (We only have a food processor and a mixer with beaters).
