    Used mild chicken Italian sausage so it wasn't too fatty and doubled the red pepper flakes. Added 8 oz baby spinach at the end. Absolutely delicious!

    So good. It really gives the lasagna flavors but is a lot easier to make. Definitely a keeper!

    This was delicious and a huge hit with the whole family. I followed the recipe as written and I used medium shells as the pasta. I am definitely adding this one to our favorite soups list and I plan to make it again soon!

    I made this exactly as outlined in the recipe except I used GF pasta. We all enjoyed it a lot and the kids and moms agreed it's a "keeper". I served it with garlic bread and everyone was happy. A delicious bowl of comfort on a cold February night.
