    Very yummy! I had a regular pie crust in the freezer, so I tried to adjust for that with 3 eggs, I cup of cream, 4 oz cheese- but the same amount of button mushrooms. I didn’t have enough shallots so added some scallion.

    I appreciated the tip on how to repair cracks using a flour/water paste. Since I love mushrooms, I used slightly more (350 g), but there wasn't quite enough room for all the custard, mainly due to the large volume of cheese (could reduce, but it's yummy). Rich and delicious!
