Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Since I can't figure out how to leave a review for this recipe (it's early), I'll leave this note instead. We made this last night for dinner - followed the recipe exactly - and it was quick, easy, and very tasty. Am thinking of making it again when friends come over. I've had great success with Jenn's recipes, and this was the same. It's true, I hadn't ever thought of a rack of lamb as being a quick weeknight meal, but done this way, it definitely was.
