Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Baked 33 min, the cookie appeared to be done, but when I pulled it out of the oven, the center shifted quite a bit, revealing a too-gooey center, and sadly making the top not-so-pretty. After 2 more minutes in the oven, the texture was just right. This was baked several hours ahead, so it was no longer warm we when ate it, but was still totally delicious, and slices are easily heated in the microwave.

    I have made this four times now in about 10 days. It is so good and very quick and simple to make. I substitute gluten free flour and the texture is still excellent.
