    Very good-flavor could have had a bit more complexity but overalll very satisfying, Agree with others-takes some time to make.

    Very good. Many steps but they’re easily handled. Need to cut the carrots a bit thinner than the recipe suggests to get them softer.

    I haven't made many versions of this classic dish but this one seemed just about perfect. Using all thighs kept it simple and I liked that she has you remove the skin before serving. Was a bit time consuming to make, so filing it away for the next dinner party.

    Company dish, served with sourdough garlic bread. Good, not amazing.
