Can substitute the book's Mezen's taramosalata (Y taramosalata tou Mezen ston Volo) or Avocado taramosalata (Taramosalata me avokanto) for storebought taramosalata, Kalamata olives for green olives, and mild yellow sheep's milk cheese for kasseri cheese.
