Can substitute rapeseed oil for ghee, cassia bark for cinnamon sticks, and cooked chicken breast meat for chicken breasts. You may use the garlic and ginger paste recipe on p. 172, either base curry sauce recipe on p. 164 or p. 166, and the garam masala recipe on p. 167.
