Can substitute watercress for jambu leaves, mild red chillies of your choice for pimenta-de-cheiro chillies, mild yellow chillies of your choice for cumari chillies, the books's "Tucupi substitute" for tucupi juice, and the book's "Farinha de tapioca substitute" for goma de mandioca.
