    Can substitute chicken breasts for chicken thighs, and Boston lettuce for Bibb lettuce.

    These were easy, and quite delicious! We used breasts for ours, and I didn’t have pickled fresnos, but thought the slaw was already nicely zippy from the horseradish. Lovely combination overall. Quantities for the dressing, flour mixture, and pano mixture were quite high, so I’ll scale those back next time.
