    Made this for Easter Dinner and it was delicious. I may half the recipe for the pickled onions next time but I'm sure they can be useful in a lot of different tacos.

    This was good and using the Instant Pot helped streamline the process. I made the pork and sauce ahead, then combined for a weeknight meal.
