    Absolutely delicious! Used passata - we ate for dinner plus 2 ready-to-eat meals went into the freezer. You can add a lot of parsley or coriander to this dish. I added some of my home-dried herb mix while cooking the curry. I used whole tiny button mushrooms, with the larger ones halved. Leftovers were devoured next day with Indian Cumquat Chutney.
