    This is a really pretty pizza. It was nice to get to use tomatoes and basil from our garden + purple sweet potatoes from the farmers market! We went the tofu ricotta route. Baked as instructed and the broiled for two minutes after. Taste wise…we found it a little bland. Added sriracha and things improved a lot. Probably will not repeat for work required when taste did not blow me away. Still fun to try!
