    This recipe is an all time favorite in my house! It’s pretty much fool proof, yet turns out a little bit different each time based on the brand and fermentation level of the kimchi. I always taste the kimchi beforehand to make sure I like the flavor! If you prefer silken tofu over firm, wait until the very end to add it so it doesn’t crumble apart.
