    Another win from ATK. I was concerned the schnitzel would be dry but it was flavorful with the lemon squeeze really brightening the flavor. While the other diner hated the remoulade, I absolutely loved it. It highlighted the chicken and paired well and is a great healthy approach to winter fruits and veggies. Great texture too.
