    Can substitute toum for labneh, and Anaheim chiles or sweet peppers for banana peppers. Dried beans must soak in water 1-3 hours, and banana peppers must pickle 2 hours.

    I used salsa Sevillana in place of the labneh sauce. I used corona beans in place of the Lima beans and dark pumpernickel instead of sourdough. I liked it quite a bit.
