Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Didn’t have tomatoes so omitted them. Reduced stock to 1L instead of 1.5L to suit. Puréed in Thermomix, didn’t bother passing through sieve as no tomatoes Soup was quite thin, can’t imagine if I had added more stock. I prefer mine more chunky. Not a lot flavour to be honest. Tastes fine but nothing wow.
