Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Improvised No chickpeas No pumpkin seeds Cooked Persian lentils and freekeh together for 30 mins water 3:1 grains Just the grain base is great and could be done lots of different ways

    Delicious! I remember having a Cypriot grain salad at a restaurant years ago and this took me right back! As is the nature of these salads I tinkered a little I didn’t have lentils or coriander so left them out and upped the chickpeas and other herbs. I wish I could have sourced a pomegranate, much better than trying to sub dried cranberries
