    Really great salad. Loved the crunch. I doubled the recipe and added some diced chicken and it was just enough for two.

    Loved loved loved this salad. It was bright and sweet and sour and crunchy with so many different textures. A couple of the elements can be made early and it was really quick to put together with that done. Don’t skip the ramen crunch. I’d add more avocado next time.
