    Used store bought pita chips, made dressing. So good! Would up the amount of mushrooms next time for a little more veggie.

    Big hit at a Super Bowl party. Well worth the effort to make the pita chips and dressing for this one. I was expecting this salad to feel heavy with all the meat components, but it didn’t at all.
