Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a good chicken salad and we be good on its own or in a sandwich format.

    This is essentially chicken salad by a different name, but I loved it on the Souvlaki salad, I loved it with the homemade pita chips, and I loved it when I tasted it by itself for seasoning.
