    This was a good recipe to follow, gave clear, concise directions, all the measurements worked out perfectly! Although my samosas looked more like empanadas, couldn't quite get the triangular component going. Great flavor! I deseeded the jalapeño so these were not super spicy, but well-spiced. They did take me forever to make, which was fine, since I was looking for a cooking project today.
