    Really, really good, not to mention, super easy. However, the cooking time is too long for the duck. Start checking the duck temp after about 30 min. Take the duck out and keep roasting the potatoes until done. Kale, blanched until tender, tossed in the drippings after the potatoes are removed make an excellent side dish.
