    The flavors of this cake are delicious, with subtle rosemary and apple flavor. And the loaf was beautiful, too. My cake turned out a touch dry, however - maybe I didn't use enough apple? I had two small apples that I weighed, and weighed them before coring - I'll use more apple next time.
