    This has been cooked so many times. Ideal gluten free cake. Can be difficult the first time to know that it's cooked, but done once, you'll soon know. Lovely. I don't put the cream on the top - just serve with it, so I don't have to keep the cake in the fridge. Not a cake texture, so don't expect it to be.
