    I followed this recipe except for slightly upping the cream-to-milk ratio in my half and half and using all chicken stock. The soup was good, but I was expecting something richer, more reminiscent of a magical broccoli soup I had as a child. Next time I'd make it with all cream instead of half and half, but I'm not sure there will be a next time as this soup was not very pleasant reheated the next day. It tasted tinny and smelled really bad.
