Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I messed up - forgot to add the egg - but at the same time, forgetting the egg and using a bit less than the stated volume of water I had a pretty wet dough so I can't imagine how it would have worked if I had added the egg. But I presume leaving the egg out is why after 15 minutes I had a set but pale biscuit, not golden. The icing is good, very lemony, but it overpowers the unexpectedly subtle lemon cookie. So I don't know if it's me or the recipe but I won't be making them again to find out.
