    I cut a 13 oz pork tenderloin into 3 chunks (rather than skewering cubes for just the 2 of us) and made 1/3 of the marinade. I agree that the marinade is a bit sweet but I offset that with a good shot of sriracha. This grilled pork was quick to put together & is very tasty.

    We grilled these outside on the BBQ and subbed (pretty gristly) pork loin for pork tenderloin. The marinade was very flavorful, but I might reduce the honey next time as I prefer a less sweet marinade.
