    Can substitute strawberry jam or blackberry jam for raspberry jam. You may use the Quick and easy berry jam recipe on p. 149.

    Time consuming but not difficult. The most time was getting the dough and butter to the specified dimensions in a square or rectangle shape! Absolutely delicious and worth the effort. Don't need jam or cream - they were lovely as they were sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
