    This was perfect for this snowy, windy, cold day. The unsweetened coconut milk made it creamy and delicious. I enjoyed the addition of some fresh grated ginger, and the slight kick from red pepper flakes. It had some of the dairy free Parmesan blended in. Cilantro from my Tumbling Shoals Farm Share.
