Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Doubled the recipe to serve 2 people, using a whole 5-oz bag spring mix instead of spinach and an 8-oz package cooked beets instead of raw. I did not need to double the vinaigrette, from which I omitted the horseradish (didn't have). Very tasty, easy dinner.

    This was delicious. I did exchange a couple ingredients using the master substitution list in front of book. This list is helpful if you don't have a key ingredient, or don't like it. I was out of almonds so I used walnuts. I got some beautiful escarole in my Farm Share so I replaced the spinach with that.
