    I used a whole wheat taco size instead of burrito size, so I did two eggs instead of three. Instead of half tablespoon + fourth teaspoon EVOO I used 2 teaspoons avocado oil. No cherry tomatoes or green onions, so I used diced tomato and purple onion. I used a half avocado instead of a fourth. This was very good.
