    Another recipe from this book that I am adapting to my dietary restrictions. Firm tofu cubes for feta, no chorizo, and some home made products for the vinegar (home made grape vinegar), lemon (preserved lemons in the bake), and honey (pomegranate and quince winter honey). Tossed in some of my Hawaiian chilli water and chilli paste for the heat. Yum! I adore anything with roasted chickpeas in it. Topped the bake with some green ferments.
