    I played around just a little with this roasted cauliflower Salad. I roasted the beans with the cauli as I love roasted beans. Also added some haloumi that needed using up along with the feta. It was served warm on a bed of freekeh. I really loved this as a winter combination. I also added pickled cumquats to the plate which really cut through the creamy dressing and added lightness. Next time I would also leave out the cucumber and make the dressing a herb-tahini-yoghurt-garlic-lemon dressing.
