    Not bad, excellent on these freezing nights we've been having. Fennel and celeriac are two of my winter favourites. I omitted the nuts, and used my dried mixed herbs (from the Summer garden) in place of tarragon as that does not grow in Winter here. For protein I added some split mung dal which just disintegrates into the soup and provides a beautiful base. Yum.
