Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I usually make bread by hand, but with this recipe it is difficult to incorporate the fruit and nuts by hand. The resulting bread was nice, but not a favourite. 7 cups of flour makes so much dough that I divided it in half to make 2 loaves. One was baked at the time, and the remainder kept in the fridge and baked the next day.
