Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Instead of romaine I used frisee, escarole, and green radicchio lettuces from my farm share, for cherry tomatoes, diced tomatoes and for green onion, purple onion. I used some of my leftover roast turkey instead of smoked deli turkey. I used one tablespoon EVOO instead of two in the dressing. This was delicious.
