Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Had to double the amount of milk just to get the batter to hold together. The real issue is the batter is not particularly sweet, but the cinnamon sugar coating helps. The banana flavor is mild, not that noticeable. They're bigger than expected; two or three would fill you up. Wouldn't bother making these again.
