Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The draining and reducing step was totally unnecessary. My bananas must not have been very watery compared to whatever theirs were like. Sometimes ATK recipes just seem overcomplicated for the sake of being thorough. The bread is good, and very adaptable to a muffin pan if you cut down baking time by half.
