Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My tofu crumbled significantly more than what is shown in the book photo, but still tasted good. I only used one package of tofu and increased the amount of cucumber and bell pepper in the salad. The accompanying salad was good, but was better with a bit more sumac sprinkled on top. I do think the hummus was essential as it adds a welcome creamy component to the dish. I would make this again.
