Scrambled eggs with Chinese chives from The Peached Tortilla: Modern Asian Comfort Food from Tokyo to Texas (page 48) by Eric Silverstein

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was a decent scrambled egg recipe. I didn't have any Chinese chives, so instead I just upped the amount of garlic by a clove (according to the internet, Chinese cloves taste a little garlicky). They're scrambled eggs, so they can be cooked according to creaminess. As someone who likes their eggs on the drier side, this took a little longer than expected with normal scrambled eggs. Served with a side of chili garlic sauce and jasmine rice.
