Chipotle butternut squash with smoky cinnamon-honey butter from Rachael Ray in Season, Holiday 2021 (page 70)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute cinnamon and smoked paprika for smoked cinnamon.

I substituted this recipe for my usual Baked Yams w/ Lime and Honey from "Mesa Mexicana" for our Christmas meal, just to shake things up a bit. Unfortunately, this recipe didn't live up to how I thought it would taste. It wasn't bad, just 'meh'. In this recipe the dried chipotle pepper and salt are the only things stirred into the cooked squash--the rest is combined and poured over the top of the dish before serving (but I mixed everything into the squash). I would like a stronger chipotle taste, and would switch out the dried powder for chipotles en adobo if I try this again. I might also increase the cinnamon and paprika. I like the idea of this recipe, just need to fiddle around with it to get it to where I want.
