Use a combination of black grapes and green grapes. Dried chickpeas must soak in water overnight. Can substitute gluten-free bread for bagels; thyme sprigs, oregano sprigs, or rosemary sprigs for bay leaves; apple cider vinegar for verjuice; and mache or rocket for watercress.
