Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Like a ginormous sheet pan-sized quesadilla - crispy, cheesey and delicious! I removed the cast iron pan weight and the top sheet pan at the 20 minute mark as the top wasn't crisping or browning well and that did the trick. I stayed close to the original recipe but this would be great with a variety of fillings.
