    These were easy to make and delicious. I used unflavored almond milk in place of the nonfat milk and sheep's milk yogurt in place of the Greek yogurt. I made the Denver-Style breakfast sandwich. I froze the egg and muffin separately and reheated the egg in the microwave and toasted the muffin, then assembled with the bacon and cheese.
