    We love this and add in lime juice and some extra seasoning like TJs elote.

    Really tasty and remember to add the lime and cilantro. Made several times.

    This was tasty! Less sweet than other cowboy caviar recipes I’ve made. I used dried beans (soaked and pressure cooked), added the lime and cilantro that shylastrath mentioned, and also added some ground cumin and chili powder.

    Book recipe is missing 2 ingredients from online: juice of 1 lime, 1/4 c. chopped cilantro. I chopped the tomatoes up smaller, added extra garlic and jalapeños, and used Trader Joe’s frozen roasted corn.
