    This recipe is easy to adapt for our partly-vegetarian household: just cook the sausages separately from the apples and veg (and add a couple of extra glugs of olive oil when adding the apples, to replace the fat from the sausage). I chopped up some seitan to round out the vegetarian servings. The garlic-mustard sauce is gloriously fragrant! I might just have to double the quantity of sauce next time we make this …
