    Can substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for chicken tenderloins, cornmeal for whole wheat flour, and cornflake crumbs for panko breadcrumbs.

    Really tasty. I used my normal oven baked method for the chicken (eggs, not buttermilk because I used chicken tenderloins), lowest shelf of the oven at 425 for 12 minutes then turned for another five, added the sauce and back in at 400 for 5 minutes. I eyeballed the spices and went a bit light on the cloves. Will make again. Served with jasmine rice and Chinese red cabbage.
