    This was a good, basic curry. I used Kashmiri chili powder instead of cayenne so it wasn't too spicy, and green beans instead of broccoli. Mango chutney worked nicely in place of fresh mango. The mango, lime, and cilantro bumped up the flavor, so definitely include them if you can. Cashews were nice on top, but not necessary.
